A wonderful place, a blend of old and new character. Close to the centre of town, parks, shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking, super clean, lovely and quiet. Friendly pro-active host too, thanks! Would love to stay again.

The cottage was very comfortable, cozy and clean. There was everything you need for a family break. We had an enjoyable stay.

Marie was a great host. We had to book in last minute and she couldn't have been more helpful. The next day we had to extend our stay and Marie relocated us to a second cottage on the same grounds within a few hours. We were with our doggies and they were also made to feel very welcome! The house was lovely and we felt right at home! Marie was also very responsive with everything to do with the booking! Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Armidale.

This home was just the right size for a weekend away for a wedding. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining and lounge. The hosts live behind the home, so shared back yard, however there is a beautiful chair out the front to sit and relax. the front drive way is more than enough for 2 vehicles and the key access at the front door made this an easy way to enter the home. the hosts were so lovely and kind.

Beautiful house in a very central (but quiet) part of Armidale - just minutes walk from the CBD. Well suited to our large family and was a great spot to stay for the The Armidale School Rugby Carnival.

Michael was very accomodating to our needs of a later checkout than originally planned. The place was private, peaceful and tidy. Michael was very responsive whenever I sent a message.

Ben’s Airbnb was very clean and tidy, He was very responsive and friendly. Would recommend 10/10.

We needed to stay in Armadale as one of our sons was competing in the rugby carnival. The accommodation was close to everything that we needed, was very well priced and was very clean. The host made the stay very easy.

We had a lovely one night stay. The cottage had all the amenities required for our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a short drive into town. The cottage is on a lovely property. Checkin was easy and Michael was welcoming. Sorry we weren't able to figure out, how to turn on the dishwasher. We hope to come back soon.

I booked Daniel’s place last minute for work in Armidale and Daniel was really flexible considering this. He was responsive to what I needed including allowing a change to the booking numbers. Daniel’s place is clean, neat and tidy with good facilities. It is a 20 minute drive to Armidale and a short 2 minute drive in the Main Street of uralla with some great cafes. Highly recommend Daniel’s place.

The photographs of Bill’s cottage do not do it justice. There is a feeling of peace and tranquility soon as you walk in. Chocolates on the towels at the end of your bed, variety of jams, butter and milk as well as a loaf of bread in the kitchen added to that extra special feeling. The pillows are luxurious, the beds super comfortable. All up the cottage is absolutely gorgeous, situated in a quiet, beautiful street. Parking right outside the front. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Excellent little self contained granny flat. The house is walking distance to town where there's lots to eat drink and do. Maria and Roddy are really lovely, helpful and respectful. My only advice for anyone tall is that the bed might not be super comfortable. It's a rather hard futon so for my 6.2ft partner and I it wasn't the most restful sleep.

We had a great time at Ben’s place. Very central location in Armidale with most things in walking distance. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Facilities very clean, smelt like dettol when we had just walked in!
