The chalet is located in the village center. In 5 minutes by foot you can reach: a village shop, inn, bus stop, swimming pool. It is a 15-minute walk to the river. In summer, hikes invite you to go on tours, while in winter you will find wonderful ski resorts. The free ski bus takes you there.

Our 2½ room roof holiday apartment in the chalet "Steilalva" is located on a unique, idyllic, car-free forest edge location on the Upper Forest promenade - one of the many beautiful Aroser (winter)hiking trails - close to the 5-star Hotel Tschuggen with the mountain oasis spa built by Mario Botta. In winter, ski in/out is possible directly from the house, in summer we are in the middle of the hiking paradise.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.

On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs.
