A beautiful countryhouse perfect to unwind and relax. Located in the pitoresque medieval town of Sant'Agata de' Goti, Al Vecchio Casale is only few miles away from Caserta with its Royal Palace and 35minutes drive from amazing Naples, so it's perfect to explore Campania and its stunning beauties. With its 4bedrooms and its 4bathrooms disposed on three floors, the house can easily accomodate up to 10 people. It's all facilities : fireplace, warmimg system, air conditioning, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, (with oven, dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine...). Outside you can enjoy a beautiful patio with bbq and wood oven, a very nice lawn with swimmimg-pool (from May to October and for the kids a soccer field and a playground! If needed we can rent 2more bedrooms accomodating up to 4people in a dependance equipped with bathroom, located behind the pool ! We also, on request, organize boat trips ,and dinner party ,close to the pool ! Possibility of late checkout (until 18.00) with an extra cost.

Located about 35 km east of Naples, on a tufaceous promontory, Sant'Agata is a quiet, romantic town famous as "the pearl of Sannio." The spacious apartment is in the most scenic corner of the historic city centre, above a public park, a restaurant and a bar overlooking the lush green valley. Car parking is right putside the old town a 10min walk away, but there are some bus options as well. It is a 45-minute drive from the airport and the centre of Naples and a 1.5-hour drive from Amalfi.

The villa is modern, spacious, very bright and airy. Surrounded by greenery. First floor: four bedrooms, three of which have balconies. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a bathroom with a hot tub and shower. Mezzanine floor: two kitchens, one of which is adjacent to a large patio of about 60 square meters. In the house there is a fireplace, a pellet stove and outside a barbecue. Parking spaces: 3 internal 2 external. Garden and relaxation area with deckchairs and sofa.
