Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Arques

We rented Jean Cassien's two apartments for the Spring 2025 ball weekend. In addition to having a great time with friends and being able to enjoy a sumptuous ball, we found these two apartments one above the other extremely convenient, very well appointed and well thought out. The location is perfect and Jean Cassien was very responsive from booking until the end of the weekend which facilitated the organization. I indicate for the benefit of all that Jean Cassien has found the wallet of one of the participants in one of the apartments and has proactively taken the steps to report it to us and that he picks it up.

An ideal place for a couple who want to visit the city of Calais and its region. A spacious, bright apartment (but with a well opaque blind in the room), very clean, quiet, 15 minutes walk from the city center. Ability to park for free on the surrounding streets. Only small downside: it may be missing some kitchen amenities (including a kettle and toaster) Thomas is a very responsive host and he was really flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Very good value for money: we would definitely recommend this apartment on Calais.

Very good address! The accommodation is very well located, 2 minutes from the Kursaal, and 3 minutes from the beach. Comfortable and functional, well equipped, there is even a pleasant garden. Lucie is adaptable and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to Dunkirk alone with my two children (6 and 2 years old) from Alsace and what a good idea! Damien and his wife hosted us so well... they helped me unload/load the car, full of good advice... The apartment close to the sea is beautiful, exemplary cleanliness, well-equipped... Super comfortable bedding. A plus for the small balcony where we spent a few evenings listening to the seagulls and waving to passers-by... precious moments that I will remember for a long time... Great stay , Katrien is very pleasant, accommodating , quick and easy communication the cottage is really very pleasant , convenient with in addition a beautiful garden, which was really good, as we had our dogs . And nice surprise ,Katrien had us a bowl and dog sweets 🤗 Definitely recommend this cottage

The accommodation is excellent, very clean, very comfortable and warm and has everything you could possibly need, top-of-the range furniture, fittings and linen. Also, very tastefully decorated. Alexandre is a phone call away if needed. There is a very good supply of tourist information available and Alexandre also sent links to other places we might like. He sends a very useful video when you book of the short 2 minute walk from the communal car parking area to the property, very useful since there is no parking or drop-off facility at the house itself. Thoroughly recommended

This place is very well located, a few minutes walk from the cinema, the city center, the commercial or marina port, the beach of Malo-Les-Bains. The bus (free in Dunkirk) stops in front of the residence. It was easy for me to park in the parking lot in front of the property. The accommodation is well equipped, very clean. The sofa bed is nice, with a mattress neither too hard nor too soft. The wifi is good quality and it's very easy to connect to. The bathroom is a suitable size for a studio. Yasmine, my host, was proactive (in terms of proposed activities) and responsive to the few exchanges I was able to have with her during the stay. Courageous exchanges and she was accommodating to my requests. No complaints. The agent who hosted me was punctual, polite, accurate in the guidelines and recommendations. A good experience for a stay in Dunkirk.

Perfect, I recommend it. No luggage storage on site but possibility to leave luggage at the Mercure hotel near Dunkirk train station for 10 euros per bag per day
