24 m2 balcony sea view studio, in a building with elevator, 2nd floor, one parking space. Sofa bed offering both a sofa during the day and a real double bed (140 X 200) in the evening (new! Installed in September 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined microwave oven grill, vacuum cleaner, TV and Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the supermarket and laundromat. A garage is at your disposal, as well as 2 bikes, anti-theft, and tools for adjustments, and a pump, if ever, you need it. And recently, we have made a Tandem available to tenants.
