Vacation rentals in Arsicci

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

This was probably the single best AirBnB we ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean, well-appointed. Eleonora was a perfect hostess. The location was ideal for us--it's just outside the old center of Florence, a 20 minute walk from the most touristed parts of the center, but as a result it was nice and quiet, and residential. The apartment is so well-decorated, elegant...and being so clean and lovely is not a given in Italy (we have much experience and this was by far the nicest in Italy we've ever stayed in). Brava, Eleonora!

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Staying at Laura's was like feeling like family. Welcoming, he provided me with all house instructions since arrival. She tried to find a solution for all my requests. The house is spacious, and there are 2 bathrooms. It is noted that Laura has a predisposition to this type of accommodation activity, which has been handed down for generations, since parents manage hotels on the sea and a short distance from the apartment. It also gave me the opportunity to have discounted prices if I wanted to take advantage of the hotel's services (lunches, dinners, breakfast, ...)

Raggiolo is one of the most incredibly beautiful and peaceful places I’ve ever been. Laura was so helpful and responsive. The view from the house and garden is spectacular.

I recommend everyone stay here. Beautiful house with everything you need for your stay. The lady was super kind, she made us find water and milk in the fridge and a super cake made by her for breakfast. Top-level cleanliness. The area is very quiet, nearby there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacies. Easy to get to the center of Perugia by car. We had a great time as if we were at home. If we were to return to Perugia, I would have no doubt: I would definitely come back here.

If you want to stay near the city and at the same time close to nature, Meinolf's place is for you! Amidst the olive trees, with a breathtaking view, this beautiful typical residence is the perfect base for visiting the area. In addition, Meinolf is particularly kind and welcoming, as is her son.

Lucia welcomed us into the most quaint, perfect apartment we could ask for! There are some stairs getting up to it, but the views were breathtaking! The graciousness of this host was unmatched! Water, juice, beer in the fridge! Candy, morning toasts and jelly! Lucia helped with restaurants, history of the city and the Palio race. If we could rate this higher we would. Everything was perfect. Location was close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. This has to be one of our top places we have stayed. We can’t say enough about how they went above and beyond as hosts to make guests comfortable and welcomed. We highly recommend this place which means if may be harder for us to rent again from such a raving review! Want to thank Lucia for how great she was as she’s managing it for a woman in the US. She truly goes above and beyond in what she does. We were Blessed to have found a gem like this in our Italian adventure. This was a great find! Definitely stay again.

Filippo and Theresa were so sweet and accommodating. We had some travel delays and they went out of their way to accommodate. The house and land around it is spectacular. We were able to take lots of photos for senior pictures for our daughter and landscape photos. Overall it’s a beautiful place
