The property is perfect, especially if you have a rented car like in my case, as you can park the car securely for free at the property compound. By public transport, the property is a mere 5 minutes walk to the DART station to go to downtown. The property is clean and quiet with access to kitchen facility to use. Utensils are complete. You share the property with 2 or 3 other guests who occupy the other rooms in the house. Paul, the property owner is easy to communicate with, proactive and welcoming. Check-in process is a breeze. Room and property is very clean and tidy. A real value for money for what you pay.

This place was so cute and comfortable! It was a great location with easy walk to public transport. The host met us upon arrival and was very pleasant and friendly. We had a great stay!

The cottage was lovely, ideally located for what we needed. The only minor problem was no parking directly at the accommodation, but we knew that before we arrived, parking at the shops nearby was easy enough. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Although it is situated on a busy road the noise from the traffic was barely noticeable and did not bother us. Olivia had thoughtfully left a few essentials on our arrival and a lovely touch leaving us a few Easter treats. We will definitely try to book again next time we are in Dublin.

First I want to apologize. When I booked this place I was looking for a place with free parking and this is the only place I could find. But my requirements changed and I did not need parking. Also the host provided valuable advice in returning rental car in 1 day and saved me 120 Euros. Also she provided me hot water timely for me to make coffee.However I do want to say this that BnB in Airbnb stands for bed and breakfast. Without BnB there is no Airbnb. Not permitting cooking is different from not having a hot water pot in the room. Especially when this is a gated complex and nearby eating place is 15 mins walk. It is in Airbnb's interest so their business model survives to ensure that hosts provide some kind of appliance to make coffee or tea even if they are not permitting cooking.
