Waterfront vacation rentals in Arvada

We arrived at Doug and Zuzu’s after a long flight and they were there to give us a warm welcome. They’d even got us a bottle of wine, cheese and biscuits to enjoy on our first evening. The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen very well equipped and the bed super comfy. It was immaculately clean everywhere. The lakeside location is beautiful and in a quiet neighbourhood. The rail station into Denver city is 4 minutes drive and rail journey takes 18 minutes. There’s also a large supermarket 3 minutes away. If we could give 6 stars we would, the only disappointment was having to leave for the next part of our journey. Thank you Doug and Zuzu for a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria's place! It is located right across the street from Sloan's Lake, so every day we took a long walk around the lake to start our day! The location is also close to restaurants and stores that we walked to and since we did not have a car. The Airbnb itself was really clean and nicely decorated! The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. And it had everything we could have needed for a long weekend. There is also a common area patio that we really enjoyed as well. There was great communication with Maria and her husband throughout our stay! They were very responsive right away to any questions we had. We would highly recommend Maria's place and would absolutely stay here again!

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

Great place to stay! Very neat and clean. Located in a great area with plenty of things to do nearby. Barbara gave very clear instructions for check in and parking. It was a little loud due to the people above us, but other than that everything was great!

We just had an amazing family get together at Lisa’s beautiful home and we cannot be happier. The place was clean, cozy, full of cute decorations and thoughtful details left for her guests. Whenever we had questions, she always promptly responded. The space was very spacious for our families to rest and hang out throughout the week. There are few small lake trails that we enjoyed every morning and loved our time by the fireplace in the evening. We definitely recommend Lisa’s place if anyone’s looking for a place to stay and host multiple families in town.

JJ's listing is absolutely beautiful, from the back yard you have a mountain view, and a park/playground. very convenient location, with lots to do in arvada and very short travel to denver. loved that the listing isn't overly decorated, and full of clutter. David's place is a great location for families staying in Denver. We weren't too far from anything we wanted to do and it was great to come back and soak in the hottub. The furniture and decorations make it a memorable stay and everything felt very comfortable. There's also a great view of the Rockies from the porch and hottub which were definitely a wonderful vision to behold at the end of the day. We will definitely stay here again whenever we make it back to Denver.

It was a four night stay. Nice place with all the right amenities for a comfortable stay away from home. I chose to park out front on the street and spaces were always available. Great communication with the owner. I would stay there again.

We looooved our time in this beautiful home!!! Jordan was super responsive each time we reached out! There was plenty of space for our 4 kids and my mom! We were in town for my son’s college graduation from Colorado Christian University - which was only minutes away from Jordan’s house. When we arrived at the house, we were greeted by fresh flowers and a basket of goodies - including local coffee, delicious chocolate and even some extra toothbrushes for in case we forgot ours! This is a wonderful home! We will stay here again when we come back to Denver!!

Ricardo was always quick to respond and handle any needs. Home was very clean and great view of the front range. Plenty of amenities near by and easy access. He made us feel at home.
