In the owners' large garden, enjoy a pleasant equipped studio with its terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house (wide sidewalk, possibility 2 cars). Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

It is located in a quiet and green area in the heart of the Entre de Mers vineyards and halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. This cottage would be perfect for a student or someone coming to work in the area.
