Would like to give a huge shoutout to Hari for this property. ..It was a pleasant stay for us and was more of a homely feel with good ambience and good surrounding. Hari was a great host and was very responsive with all the quires and kept us in loop from check-in to check-out. well maintained property with almost all amenities provided for us in the entire stay. As name given, the property is surrounded by a lake frontage and outdoor was well equipped with relaxing spots and BBQ point. We were a group of friends meeting after 10 years and wanted a private space with relaxing facilities so that we can share our happiness together. Lake homes was a pure gem for us since we were able to spend most of our time together without any disturbance and during late night we had a good ambience surrounded by good lightings and all we did was sitting the small huts and discussing our lives. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and would recommend to any group who prefer to spend time privately.

Whether it was delicious home-cooked meals, piping hot tea within minutes of asking, or just being on standby for anything we needed—they made sure we could focus on what we came to do. Large house with easy access to the highway and technopark area. Good greenery around the house and house felt very cool for the humid climate probably due to the trees around. Host Vinod and his father (who stays nearby) are always reachable and quickly respond to requests. On Google maps, use 'Infinity car clinic' as the landmark.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offered a relaxing atmosphere, and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. A big thank you to Kumar Uncle, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He shared great local tips and made sure we had everything we needed. Praveen, the host, was equally fantastic—quick to respond and always attentive to our needs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. It is a heritage house in a big compound full of greenery. The house is traditional style and it was cool inside even without AC. The helper and the house were prompt in assisting and guiding with all the things. Overall a nice memorable stay.

We based ourselves at Mary Land for 5 weeks and loved every minute. From the tasty authentic breakfasts to sitting on the terrace chatting to the family and other guests. The property we stayed in is lovely and provided us with plenty of space. The surrounding area was just what we were looking for, restaurants and beaches within walking distance and easy to get to the city when required. We were made welcome wherever we went. The family are fantastic and we really feel that they enjoy having guests. You do hear the church but after a while it is just a noise you get used to. We had the best time.
