I am Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful 16th century square courtyard. century with 4,000 m² of meadow & forest. Four residential units were created. We live in the east wing, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwestern part there are 2 chalets.

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
