Vacation rentals with beach access in Asturias

Stay of 10. The accommodation was located in Cimadevilla, close to everything. The house was spotless and the host greeted us on arrival with some sweets. The entrance to the apartment was very easy thanks to the instructions from the host, in addition to flexible as it is self contained. He made us very useful city recommendations and was very attentive at all times. It left us the freedom to leave at the time we would like on the day of departure, it was also a gesture that came out of it. We are delighted with our stay and will have it as our first choice when we return to Gijón. 100% recommended. ¡Thank you!

the Place Is 5 min walking from the beach, and also see the ocean from the balcony. we went there to surf, so check the waves from the living room has no price!

Great site to vacation in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Ángeles, who went up with us and showed us the floor. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust throughout the house. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds and spacious closets. Two superlym bathrooms, a living/dining room with large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The major, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both breakfast in the morning and for a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from the beach of Poniente, 10 minutes from the port and 15 from the San Lorenzo beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first Airb&b floor experience and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Ángeles (beach towels were all a detail)

Very nice and comfortable stay to go with dogs. Fantastic location and beach access. All the staff are very kind and willing. Fernando is a charm and always willing to help . Definitely a hit.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

The apartment matches the description perfectly. José Luis gave us a lot of ease to get in and out, and he was there for us at all times. The location is very relaxed. A superb host. Ribadesella is a destination that never disappoints.

New and very clean. Large, covered balcony in the studio apartment - but with a view on the roundabout. Short distance to the old town/harbor and large supermarket around the corner. From our apartment we made a beautiful coastal hike to Playa Poo, which we highly recommend.

Easy to find, parking at the door of the accommodation, everything is very clean. Isabel very friendly recommended several things from the village, certainly recommended

The apartment is super nice in the green, the view is fantastic. Maria was very kind and helpful, and very child friendly.

Cesar's apartment is modern and well-equipped, and within easy walking distance (15-20 min) of Llanes town centre. In addition, there is a useful supermarket (Amerkal) and a cafe/bar close by. The wi-fi connectivity was great, ideal for internet TV, whilst the garage parking is a must have, especially during summer, as the street spaces are soon taken. Cesar himself was an excellent host, helpful and considerate, and with a good local knowledge of venues and events. Thoroughly recommended.
