Cozy and original village house (handmade furniture!)in a mountain town just 3 kilometers from Potes. Its location, perfect for visiting Picos de Europa and Mogrovejo, as well as the beautiful village Potes and the monastery of Santo Toribio. The host was extremely friendly with us, very willing to take care of us at times, a little untimely (8PM) that we arrived. Totally recommended.

We have been 2 of families, with dogs included and everything has been phenomenal. The house was beautiful, very large and with paddle court and pool. As it was Semana Santa, the pool we did not use it, but the paddle track. Communication with Sandra was immediate, from the first day, to the last day. In short, a great option for a trip through Asturias.

Elenor got the balance between being available and respecting our privacy perfectly. A lovely lady who clearly cared that we were happy. House located in a unique natural setting, Susana worried that we were comfortable and not having any problems. The house is comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and the treatment with which they welcomed us was fantastic. We will repeat for sure!

The place is large and spacious. It is true that being wooden, the floor sounded when climbing the stairs or walking around the upper stays, but it was not a problem. It has a barbecue and a large terrace on which to enjoy the nice weather. Also, it has good views as you can see both the surrounding mountains and the sea from the upper floors. As for its location, it was on top of a hill in Sebreño but in 15 minutes walking you were on Ribadesella beach. Very accessible. The host, Constanza was very attentive to our arrival and provided us with a lot of information about activities and things to see/do. I recommend the truth.

Unbeatable. The friendliness of the host, the service , the reception when we arrive late after a long trip, dinner, breakfast … the house in general, facilities, materials, finishes . It's all beautiful and very well cared for. They make you feel at home and also in a beautiful setting. Very surprised in the best of the way. Thank you so much!

The stay at Villa Erbosa was fantastic. We came to spend a few days in Asturias with a group of friends and we were very comfortable. The house is spectacular, surrounded by splendid views and in the middle of a very quiet development with many facilities such as a bar, pool, playgrounds and direct access to a beautiful beach. The house was also equipped with everything you need and more. Ingació has been very friendly and attentive, communication with him has been very easy, and he has recommended very many places to eat, drink cider and also for hiking.

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and super accessible. It is literally in front of the beach and next to the Villaviciosa Estuary. The area is beautiful and idyllic for walking, playing sports and connecting with nature. The house has enough rooms to be comfortable even with 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, accommodating host, surf around the corner, good humans. Nice stay! I was welcomed by all for my quick stop through, even though I wasn’t formally in the surf camp. Good breakfast, easy rental. Thank you!

Staying in Anne’s house was a beautiful experience. We met family friends and had more than enough space for all eight of us. We were able to cook in or easily walk minutes to restaurants. The entire house is charming with an old world feel, so much more comfortable and authentic feeling than a hotel. Our children did lots of surfing and Anne’s house was the perfect home base to experience the beach of Salinas. Everything was tidy and communication was prompt and easy. I highly recommend Anne’s space for families and friends.

There were 11 of us staying at Casa Telva. The house is very large and all the rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms...) are very comfortable and spacious. The garage is very spacious to fit several cars, but as a catch, the entrance to the garage is a bit cumbersome. You can find all kinds of utensils and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, hairdryers, kettle…) even games, sun loungers, etc. Regarding the location, it is in a very well located development in the center of Llanes and at the same time in a quiet and beautiful area (it has a beautiful garden and terrace). Avelina and Rufino were wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We rate our stay a 10 and intend to return.
