The accommodation is fully equipped to spend long stays in it, everything clean since it is surrounded by the countryside, the beds are comfortable and are equipped for winter days, but let's go if you turn on the fireplace the room above is an oven hehe The kitchen is fully stocked for long stays, it even has spices for seasoning. The only downside is El sofa which is not very comfortable to be in front of the fireplace, but we are seeing that Jesus looks at the details for sure that it is a change that he will make.

Our family of 6 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We were welcomed in person by Mar, who along with her husband, are the most gracious and generous people you could meet. They offered many excellent suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, etc. The location of this house is perfect. It offers an incredible view of the ocean and beach, which is an easy 5 minute stroll from the house. We also did many excursions in the area - all easy drives from the house, including the Picos de Europa, Oviedo, Llastres, Ribadesella, Miradore del Fitu, Covadonga, etc. I cannot recommend this house enough ! As other reviewers have noted, the house exceeds all expectations set by the already impressive photos on the listing.

We have been 11 people staying in Casa Telva. The house is very large and all the rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms...) are very comfortable and spacious. The garage is very spacious as to enter several cars, but as it sticks the entrance to the garage it is a little overlooked. You can find all kinds of utensils and appliances (coffee maker, toaster, dryers, kettle…) including games, sunbeds, etc. Regarding the location is in a very well located urbanization in the center of Llanes and at the same time in a quiet and beautiful area (it has a beautiful garden and terrace). Avelina and Rufino were wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We rate our stay with a 10 and with intentions to return.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect and super accessible. It is literally in front of the beach and next to the Ría de Villaviciosa. The area is beautiful and idyllic for strolling, sports and connecting with nature. The house has enough stays to be comfortable even with 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely repeat.

The stay at Villa Erbosa was fantastic. We came to spend a few days in Asturias with a group of friends and we were very comfortable. The house is spectacular, surrounded by splendid views and in the middle of a very quiet development with many facilities such as a bar, pool, playgrounds and direct access to a beautiful beach. The house was also equipped with everything you need and more. Ingació has been very friendly and attentive, communication with him has been very easy, and he has recommended very many places to eat, drink cider and also for hiking.

Beautiful property, completely tastefully renovated. Covered and secure parking in front of the property is greatly appreciated. The dining area at the back is a windowed room and very nice. No neighbors during our stay. You should know that the property is located on a busy lane and the train passes in the back. It is very convenient for access to the road network but a little noisy at night. Beach at 10 minutes walk. Amaya is a remarkable, proactive and efficient host. Thank you!

Staying in Anne’s house was a beautiful experience. We met family friends and had more than enough space for all eight of us. We were able to cook in or easily walk minutes to restaurants. The entire house is charming with an old world feel, so much more comfortable and authentic feeling than a hotel. Our children did lots of surfing and Anne’s house was the perfect home base to experience the beach of Salinas. Everything was tidy and communication was prompt and easy. I highly recommend Anne’s space for families and friends.
