In the city's old town

This apartment is ideal for a couple wanting to come to Gijón.It has a double bedroom and a living room with integrated kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room,so someone else can stay as well. It is located in the district of Cimadevilla, fishermen's district where Gijón was born and one minute from the Plaza Mayor and the beach. A cobbled, charming place,full of old houses and terraces ,declared cultural heritage of the city. NO ELEVATOR_THIRD FLOOR

Cozy, nice and relaxing apartment.

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It's on the fifth floor with an elevator. You'll love it. Just to say that a small continental breakfast is included as a courtesy

It is fully equipped with what you may need: bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, personal hygiene products, iron, hair dryer, all electrical appliances (microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer) and what is necessary for your pet. We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.

Located in a more privileged area of the city "El Barrio de Cimavilla" this cozy and quiet apartment is the best option to enjoy Gijón. Just 100 meters from San Lorenzo beach, San Pedro Church, the town hall, and downtown Accommodation only available for couples and married couples with children. Groups of boys/girls are excluded from the rental. A community of neighbors and a very quiet area so that rest is one of its most valued secrets.

Fantastic newly renovated apartment. Located in front of San Lorenzo beach. In the sand neighborhood. You'll have everything you need to spend a few days. It has a living room with an integrated kitchen, with all the comforts of home The bedroom has a large bed. The apartment has high-speed WiFi. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, €10 will be charged, and €15.00 after midnight upon arrival. Consider combining with one of my apartments in Oviedo.
