“I can’t say enough. This place is absolutely great!! Rebecca works very hard to make it feel like you’re at home. I have been working here in Athens during the Covid-19 crisis. If not for this place I wouldn’t have been able to complete my job. We were able to “shelter in place”. It was so nice to be able to do our own cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Rebecca provided clean linens when we asked. Home is beautiful just as the pictures portray.”
Welcome Home to the Hills of Tennessee. Home is nestled in the private residential community in Spring Creek Cove, Athens, Enjoy relaxation with a book and as cup of coffee on the front porch. Listen to the sounds of summer. When the leaves turn in the fall the Ridge is just brilliant with color.
“Wonderful stay! I will return! Cheryl was a great host and her home was everything I had hoped for. She was very thoughtful and her home was very comfortable and in a great location for my yoga training and visiting the mountains. I explored solo the Cherohala Skyway, Tellico Plains, Tail of the Dragon, Foothills Parkway, the Smoky Mountains National Park, Fontana Dam, Amicalola Falls, The Appalachian Trail, and rode my bike in Cades Cove. Such an amazing experience and when I do this again, I will bring my family!”

“There are not enough words to describe the AMAZING stay we had at David’s place!! The cabin was so peaceful and quiet!! You could probably describe it as a bit “rustic”, yet very modern, with all the amenities of home. Super clean! AC was good (we needed it, as it was fairly warm while there...even for us Florida folks), and I would love to visit here at a time of year that you could open the windows!! It’s back at the end of the host’s driveway, and the only things we heard, were the sounds of the “country” that we wanted to hear. The breeze, birds, a deer snorting one morning, and the neighbor’s goats (they were down the road a bit and not annoying at all) lol. The front porch should have a review all of it’s own, but I’ll save any comment, and just let you thoroughly enjoy sitting on it when you get there, as we did!! : ) Kitchen had utensils needed to cook, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher. Washer and dryer worked great for our stinky mountain biking clothes. Water for the shower was hot within seconds of turning it on. We were able to store our expensive mountain bikes in the secure garage. David stopped by to see us when we arrived, and told us if we needed anything to give him a shout. He checked in with us via message a couple times during the stay as well. I could write a book, but I think I hit the most important points. If you want a BEAUTIFUL place to stay, out in the country, but also not too far away from a lot of different things, then this is your place!!! The pictures and description David has for this place are good, but to experience it is indescribable. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks again David!!!”
