Monthly Rentals in Atlantic Beach

Loved our stay at The Beach Lodge. Charles was extremely responsive and typically answered within just a few minutes. His place was exactly as described with an old Florida feel that was casual but very comfortable. We took full advantage of the spacious office space, kitchen and especially the lovely outdoor space which provided enough furniture to eat meals, visit with family, or just relax and read. But the best part about this rental by far is the proximity to the bars, restaurants, stores and beach. We barely needed a car as everything we needed is within walking distance. We will most definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Airbnb! Everything was perfect—the place was clean and cozy, our host was incredibly attentive, and all the attractions were just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay. We loved the outdoor deck. We sat out for coffee in the morning. Nice walk to downtown Neptune Beach. It took us about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable beds but noise at night could be a little much. We would take a fan next time to help block it. Overall great stay!!

Our stay was amazing! My husband and I booked for the Fourth of July in a 2 bed originally with Nomad. They had reports of some issues they couldn’t fix in time, so they upgraded us here!! They took extremely good care of us as we moved and answered questions all within less than an hour. This place was a dream! It was walking distance from the beach, the home was squeaky clean and it has everything. We biked to the Neptune Beach Town Center to eat and shop, took the wagon and the boogie board to the beach, and enjoyed a relaxing shower. The TV had Roku, the kitchen had K-Cups, the bathroom has a hair dryer and contact lens solution, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. You never have to worry about the A/C unit, it got pretty cold in mid-July!! This place was incredible and we highly recommend families and friends stay here.(only thing we suggest is bringing extra beach towels bc we only found 2!)
