A GOOD PLACE...A family stay in this village house renovated with care and taste. We did not meet the owners but Amandine was responsive by phone, and very welcoming. The house is spotless and bright, large volumes, with 3 children we never felt cramped. The kitchen is well equipped. The village is very pleasant, nothing is missing, superette 100 meters from the accommodation, and beautiful walks from the village, especially at Lac de Montbel by an amazing greenway. Only one (small) downside, the quality of the bedding does not at all live up to the rest of the almost perfect service. We'll go back...

We had a very nice week, total disconnection, this small house is very nice and very well equipped, the spa is also very pleasant. The owner's little touches are also very nice when you arrive.

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Always responsive to questions.

A beautiful large village house, spacious, where you can easily circulate despite the 3 and a half levels. Tasteful renovation, mixing the old and the modern. The living room-kitchen part in particular is great, we can linger in the vast and beautiful kitchen with a view of what is going on in the living room below. Large windows ensure good brightness in all the rooms, even this February, and the whole house was well heated. Equipment as described (the stove with a good pile of wood!). Plan groceries in winter, because very few shops open during this time. Pay attention to arrival, do not attempt to access the house from the top following the directions of the GPS, it is really very narrow.

Nickel apartment, clean, well decorated, nest. arranged, you feel at home there as soon as you walk through the door! Cyril and Viktor were incredibly welcoming, attentive and very responsive. Lots of service offered in the apartment, not to mention access to all streaming platforms on TV (it was a real pleasure). A big thank you to these gentlemen for hosting us, hoping to stay there again on occasion.

Very nice host, we did not have the opportunity to meet her, but the exchanges through the App were very friendly. Tastefully decorated apartment… a true artist's landmark! We will be back!

Virg helped us find the place and met us at the door. Her home is in a beautiful, quiet part of town, a short walk from a couple of excellent restaurants. The views from her several balconies are excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay, everything was available, the welcome is great and the host responds quickly. Nothing to say, we will be back without hesitation thank you for the evening.

The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. The instructions for self check-in are clear. The box for the car is very nice. The neighborhood can be a little "passenger" at night (traffic due to the proximity to the train station). It's possible to walk to the Cité (30 minutes): that's good! There is a small supermarket and restaurants nearby.

Very well proportioned house, remained in its 70s style and therefore very functional. We enjoyed the fireplace to heat the main room this New Year, the 4 bedrooms benefiting from their reversible air conditioning. Very well equipped and with all the essentials for a short stay, it's very much appreciated. Located 2 steps from the beach for walks but without shops nearby in winter. We did not see our hosts who give access through a lockbox but they are very responsive and everything was perfectly ready for our arrival. In short, a great place to stay!

Everything was perfect! The hot tub was clearly a plus!

We had a great two weeks. Comfortable bed, good shower, fully equipped kitchen. Despite its central location, no noise. Starting point for excursions on foot, by bike and by car. Relax in the hot tub in the evening. Great reception with delicious fruit and other goodies, thank you so much!

Very good stay at Nicolas and Lucie's as described and close to Carcassonne. A place particularly suitable for families with a large clean and well-equipped house, the pool and playground. Games available for our children as well as a baby bed, a high chair, a well-equipped children's bathroom etc... There are good shops around. The location in direct proximity to Carcassonne is great. Our children enjoyed the daily visit of the adorable family cat and the presence of the small turtle and fish. Another plus: the pool with an essential safety fence with small children. We felt safe, quiet and close to everything at the same time. Nicolas and Sophie are responsive in messages, we appreciated their welcome as well as their little touches. Thanks for the welcome. So I would recommend this house for all the reasons I mentioned.

We spent a wonderful time in the house. The surroundings were calm and we enjoyed the pool.

Stay even better than we expected thanks to the impeccable house, the hospitality, the responsiveness (a faucet replaced in 5 minutes), and Ruth's special touches. The pool, hot tub, and terrace facing the mountain are great. Everything is there, down to the smallest detail. Well done, we'll be back. Sophie and Martial
