The chalet is located in Biganos at the crossroads of the Arcachon Bay (Cap Ferret, Bordeaux and Arcachon). Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It consists of a main room with a 160 bed, a small equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, grill, refrigerator and induction stove. Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

Independent house of 55 m2 located in a quiet street, close to all amenities. The house consists of one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, spacious living room with open kitchen, separate toilet. You will have a private entrance, with a closed parking space, an outdoor space with a garden lounge, barbecue. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa bed 140/190 (sleeps 2). Bed and bath linens are provided for 4 people.

Studio of 25 m2 ideal in its maximum capacity for 2 adults and 2 young children. The studio is on our 800 m2 lot. It is not attached to our house. Our living spaces are the opposite of each other.
