Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and a Romanesque church, between the Waldviertel and Weinviertel regions near Eggenburg. A cozy, south-facing and quiet eat-in kitchen. The sleeping area can be separated with a curtain. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, a sand playground, a ping-pong table and a nice swimming area in the village are freely available to you. Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.
