In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
