The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

The townhouse about 100 m2 is located at the foot of the Gerlitzen-Alpe ski resort near the Ossiachersee Wörthersee, Faakersee,and the town of Villach. The idyllically situated Afritzersee and Millstättersee are also nearby. The house is tastefully furnished, with an open living-kitchen area, a covered terrace with a small flower garden, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a large box spring double bed, one with a smaller double bed. There are 2 parking spaces at the front door.

In the heart of Telfs/Tyrol, a cozy corner terraced house awaits its guests. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 separate rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor. The common area on the first floor is ideal for cooking, eating, relaxing and playing. Telfs offers an indoor and outdoor pool, a climbing hall, a year-round ice rink, proximity to ski and cross-country ski resorts (Seefeld, Leutasch), shopping and access to the Mieminger Boden, a hiking paradise. Try it out, it's fun!

Cottage Bergblick Planai

My place is close to the Planai West gondola station - approx. 5 minutes by ski bus, there is a great view, a private sauna in the house, a small garden with barbecue, coziness, comfortable beds, a kitchen. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and large groups. Guests can also use a "electricity filling station" directly at the house for free! Pets are welcome! You pay a surcharge of €15,- / night per pet.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.

It is surrounded by the best restaurants and bars and it is 200 mt from a public car park and 300-400 mt from train station, main gondola, supermarket, banks, etc.
