Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. Cozy cottage with swimming pool and sauna

Relax and unwind in this stylish guesthouse (called Bellezelles), located in the rural village of Ellezelles. Perfect base in Pays Des Collines and ideal for nature lovers, hikers and cyclists. The cottage and swimming pool are located in our garden, overlooking the hills and our farm animals. The swimming pool is heated during the season (depending on weather conditions from May/June to September). Out of season, the swimming pool is accessible to the polar bears!

The house is located in a secure property, with parking, a small private garden in front of the house. The village is quiet, close to Tournai, Kortrijk and Lille.

The accommodation is very quiet with an unobstructed view overlooking the canal.

Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations are two stations away. The city center is 10 minutes by metro. The studio is fully private and has private access via secure gate. The ceiling height is 2.10 m. If you come by car, there is free street parking.

We offer you a cosy totally renovated familyhome with swimming pool. Also a quiet garden where you can relax, read a book or have a family dinner. Important note…we only rent our home to families with small or big children. We don’t accept other reservations.
