Beach condo vacation rentals in Avila Beach

Great place with incredible view of the beach. Walkable to everything in Pismo, including the beach itself, but also a cozy and peaceful place to be if you don't feel like going out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The beds are so comfy and the host always thinks of the smallest details. Beach chairs and toys are available for use as well as extra beach towels and linens if needed. Local recommendations are given and questions are welcome. The price is always good as well.

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and thoughtfully hosted stay!

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

This location was incredible. I enjoyed this place for a 50th girls trip getaway with 8 ladies total. The open floor plan, full amenities, comfortable beds, including the studio sofa bed made for an amazing relaxing getaway. The roof top balcony was incredible with the multiple fire pits and seating and hot tub with breathtaking views!!! Thank you for the great stay!

The rental company was really responsive and proactively checked in on us. The apartment is quite basic but the location was fabulous. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, monarch butterfly grove and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The trash cans were hard to find but the company emailed us a map right away.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location and was the perfect getaway for a girls trip!

The condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and our poodle. We went to dinner the first night, cooked breakfast in the mornings, packed picnics for our beach trips, and bought local fish to make dinner the last 2 nights we were there. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Just walk right down to the beach and local shops. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Pismo, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. Convenient, clean.

Great location, great condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Only thing I would say is that the listing indicates an ocean view and pier view, but there is not an ocean view from any point. There are balconies that look into the backyards of other homes. When you step out in the sidewalk, it’s a quick 60 sec walk to the beach, but you cannot see it from the unit. Therefore, saying there’s an ocean view is inaccurate. Otherwise, a perfectly great stay! We would rent again.

The beach condo was absolutely perfect. It was the perfect size and had all of the necessary amenities. The ocean view from the unit is stunning and can’t be beat and you can hear the waves crashing all night long. In addition, you can walk to all of the restaurants and shops in the cute downtown area in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!

Sevens Sisters is a great rental agency. They are located in the same property as the condos here. These are really lovely, roomy, well-furnished and comfortable condos. This was our second stay here and probably not our last. Super close to the beach. If you want a bit more quiet - try one of the inner units. The end units are a bit larger perhaps, but you get a bit of street noise. Nonetheless a very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Gorgeous apartment that we felt we could happily live in forever! Comfy beds, high quality linens, tasteful furniture and decor and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and would book again.

Absolutely perfect for our weekend. The rooftop grill is a great thing to have, we cooked tri-tip and ate on the roof, it was wonderful. It really is within easy walking of the main draw of Pismo, great coffee shop just a 3 min walk away! The garage fits 2 cars easily even an SUV and a midsize truck could fit in their. With multiple balconies and the rooftop it's a wonderful place to get away and relax for a weekend. We would definitely stay again when visiting Pismo in the future!

Loved being walking distance to the beach, and the hot tub was a trip highlight.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Bella Blue. We received any instructions well in advance of our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was clean when we arrived. The trundle bed was convenient for our little ones and there were plenty of extra towels and sheets available to use. The house was easily walkable to the Avila Beach and the beachfront shops and restaurants. It was also only a 10-15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach, and about a 25 minute drive to Morro Bay.

The condo had beautiful furnishings, quality sliding doors, great lighting, very quiet, wonderful mattresses/pillows/bedding, and excellent appliances. The building it is in was very quiet at all times and accessibility to walk to coffee, restaurants and the beach was awesome. Will definitely be coming back with the entire family next time!
