I booked this house for a trout fishing trip to the San Juan river. This is a very nice house in a clean, quiet and peaceful neighborhood and was an easy 30 minute drive to the river. The beds were great, towels were soft and wonderful body washes and shampoo in the showers. Has a well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. This was one of the best value Airbnbs I've stayed in. I'll be back!

This is the perfect place if you are seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful surrounding. Sitting on the comfortable back porch, with the sound of the river in the distance and the birds in abundance in the yard was amazing. The house is immaculate and had everything we needed. The soaking tub and the most comfortable mattress ever, really puts it over the top for places we've stayed.

This cabin has everything you need and more! Very cozy, beautiful setting, comfortable porch space. It was the little extras that stood out and defined the experience as a whole. I would definitely stay again!
