The newly renovated two-room apartment is located in the Alpenhotel Dachstein complex above the Alpine town Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstattsee in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. WORK OR LONGTERM STAYS! Studio apartment with 41 sqm (410 sqft), near the historic center of Bad Gastein. The apartment is situated in a very quiet area, easy to move around without a car - ideal for train travellers. Free parking on the premises is also available. There is no a/c required, since we're at 1000 m altitude. The temp is pleasant in summer, and there is a large heater in winter. In summer, keep the balcony door open at night, and the blinds (half) down during the day.

In the middle of the mountain scenery of the Hallstatt-Dachstein World Heritage region is our newly renovated apartment. Only 10 km away from the World Heritage Site Hallstatt and only 14 km from the Krippenstein with the Five Fingers. Only 2 km to the picturesque Hallstättersee and all destinations can be easily reached by bus or train. Bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Please note: The tourist flat rate of €3 per person per night is collected on site!

Our private vacation home is located in the 4-star Hotel Europäischer Hof. The apartment offers 87 square meters of 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with king size bed & a second bedroom with 2 single beds), bathroom with shower/bathtub, living room with separate dining area and equipped kitchen. The location in the hotel offers the possibility of using the swimming pool and the wellness area. There is also a bar and restaurant (at your own expense) available in the hotel.

With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. The approx. 140 m2, cozy apartment is located in a typical, traditional Gasteiner Haus, built in 1929. From the apartment you can look out on the sensational backdrop of Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl and the Gasteinertal. It is close to the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade and is a great starting point for HIKES, thermal baths, GOLFING, HORSEBACK RIDING and SCHI excursions. It is about 10 minutes walk from the waterfall and center. My family loves this place of specialness.

Vacation home on the Buchenhöhe in Berchtesgaden

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. Perfect starting point for hiking, biking, ski touring or just to relax in the Berchtesgaden Alps or on the Königssee. Grocery shopping around the corner at the small supermarket. You can also easily reach a cozy restaurant by foot or by car. A bus stop for driving to the city center or Berchtesgaden train station is also nearby.

Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of: April 2025. For ski enthusiasts only 7km to the famous ski area Kitzbühler Alpen (Panoramabahn) In summer our house offers many starting points for hiking and mountain biking.
