Vacation rentals in St. Johann im Pongau District

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation was well equipped and had a nice view of Bad gastein. We went by ski bus to the slopes but with a little walk you can also get into the village on foot. The sauna and fireplace were nice touches after a long day on the ski slope. Kelsi was great as a host, clear communication and a big plus was the smooth key handling to the property. We stayed 5 people and had 3 sleeping places over. There is a toilet and two showers in the home which we did well. I give Kelsi and the accommodation my warm recommendations!

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

What a lovely place! Really a beautiful spacious apartment with breathtaking views everywhere. We stayed there for 12 days with 5 adults. Sparkling clean spaces, a very well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms and toilets which is very pleasant if you are with so much. Especially the bathroom next to the double room was lovely, with a more than divine shower. Also very nice that there were enough towels for everyone, dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher, toilet paper and trash cans with garbage bags + extra stock. Pleasant start because of this. There is also plenty of closet space, also particularly pleasant. The surroundings are magnificent. Lots of beautiful walks start nearby. With the digital “Wagrain guestcard” that we received from Maria, we swam wonderfully for free in the Wasserwelt swimming pool, which is less than a 10-minute walk away. Furthermore, the communication with Maria was always pleasant and she responded quickly. She provided us with great food tips. I warmly recommend it here!

We loved our stay. Great home with large rooms and comfortable furniture. The kitchen table is very large to accommodate large groups. Two bathrooms helped as there were 5 of us staying there. The kitchen has everything we need to cook. There is a grocery store right down the street and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. A beautiful river across the street with a playground and hiking trails. If we are ever back in Austria, we would stay there again. I highly recommend staying here.

It was in a nice and quiet place. Very nice area. The apartment we were in was on the ground floor. As a result, there was a less beautiful view and unfortunately there was no fenced garden or balcony. For an baby/child that can just walk so not nice. Apartment was neat and reasonably clean (given the high cleaning costs it could have been much cleaner) Super nice that there was also a washing machine in the apartment! Cot was also provided. We enjoyed it. Nice neighbors in the apartment complex! Had a great contact with the host, very responsive. Thank you for the nice stay.

A beautiful apartment with fantastic views and very quiet location. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, on request you can even get a baby bed. We also got croissants and Berliners! The stay was very nice. We recommend the apartment.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.
