Nice, spacious apartment that had everything we needed. Ski storage room with boot dryer. Walked to the main lift and restaurants. Was a great choice for our needs.

We had a fantastic stay - the apartment is exactly as described. The communication was flawless, even beyond because we had forgotten something that was kindly sent to us. The terrace with the views is the absolute highlight of the apartment. In 10 minutes, you can reach the elevator in Zell and enjoy the mountains. Restaurants are very well represented in Kaprun in about 15/20 minutes. We would always come back and can highly recommend it!

If you're looking for a small cozy place for two people, this is the place to be. Everything is as described and you can easily reach many excursion destinations both on foot and by car. Thanks for the many tips and perfect communication.

It was such a lovely stay, we enjoyed walking around and so close to everything. Great host was nice not to have to wash the dishes. There was even games and a colouring book for my daughter to use during our stay. More than enough space for us as a family, so considerate to provide the entire place for us as a family. All in all it was great!!!

We spent a great winter holiday in the house. For 6 people it was a generous space at a good price. The owner responded to our questions very promptly. It would be just a little sharper cutting knives:)

Our stay was very satisfactory throughout the week and you can relax very well in Manuel's vacation home. It is located at the end of a quiet street and is easily accessible by car. For the daily trip to the ski gondola, however, the car is a great relief and was therefore no problem for us. Twice a week a bread van came directly to the house, otherwise a bread service, which unfortunately was not possible, would have been pleasant. The equipment is good, some wonderfully new (TV, speakers and two bedrooms) and a few small things in the kitchen would have to be replaced or repaired. All minor problems could be immediately clarified and cleared up. All in all a very nice stay! We would definitely like to come back.

The apartment is small but nice. Had everything it needed, there was also a supermarket nearby. Parking was also available. There were only two of us, it was great for us. For more than two people maybe a little cuddly. But we can definitely recommend the place

Very much enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. Perfectly located in town for skiing holiday. The apartment is neat, spacious and has everything required.

Diana is a very friendly and helpful host who responds promptly to questions. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, so we felt very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, directly opposite the valley station of the cable car and with views of the valley downhill. With the gondola, you can get to the Dachstein West ski area very quickly. The apartment also includes a heated compartment in the ski depot. A general store where you can get fresh rolls and the most necessary everyday items is within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the village. We enjoyed the days in Rußbach very much and would come back anytime.

Nice cozy little apartment. We felt very comfortable right away. When there was an issue with the bathtub, the host was quick and friendly. We will be happy to come back.

A very stylish decor with a wonderful pine fragrance, the kitchen fully equipped - we lacked nothing. After skiing, we were able to enjoy the warmth of the infrared sauna well to relax.

We had a nice stay in the lower level. The area is beautiful. The apartment is on two parts. Ideal for us with 2 teenagers, who had their own private room with bathroom and so did we. The kitchen is very complete with oven and large fridge. Great for self-catering. The living space inside is not that big. However, you can play games at the table in the kitchen. The adjoining garden completes the living space. Under the canopy you can lounge, read and eat, even in hot weather and as with us in the pouring rain. Overlooking a green mountain wall. A fifteen minute walk away is a bakery, grocery store, bank, cafe (very friendly people) and a fir tree. Beautiful surroundings for peace, hiking, biking.
