Andreas' place is exactly as described. Access via Keysafe is great. You can come when you want and don't have to wait for anyone. There is everything you need for a stay. Everything works perfectly and the stop in front of the door is also served regularly and for a long time by public transport. Nothing to complain about! Thumbs up.

I stayed in tge apartment for 6 weeks, and was extremely comfortable there. Jonne was extremely nice and helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out wheb needed. The place is extremely well located, at 3minutes walking distance from the botabical garden. Definitely recommend!

The apartment was super nice and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. The terrace with small garden is ideal for a small dog. Parking was available free of charge. Check-in was very easy. The place is amazing! We loved relaxing and enjoying ourselves for the few days we spent there! If we can come back who knows... we'll go back. In addition, the photos do not do justice to the reality which is much better! Luca was a great host who was able to suggest places for us to go.

What a beautiful place. The house is located between the hills and forests, there are a lot of beautiful hiking trails to discover. Despite the tranquility, there is a lot to see and do in the area. The house looks even better in person! The sauna and jacuzzi are a nice extra. There were also a lot of stuff and even toys for children. The kitchen is extensively furnished, there is a nice coffee maker with fresh coffee beans and even a milk frother. It is very cozy due to the wood and the seating area is also nice. We were 5 adults and the sofa was a bit tight before that. Good to know is that you get 2 towels, also for a week stay, and there is no washing machine. So it is useful to take some extra with you. We did miss some storage space for our stuff and clothes, there was only 1 bedroom with a wardrobe (chest of drawers) so then you live more out of your suitcase. All in all, a very nice place where we would love to come back.

Really great house. We comfortably spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking opportunities in the area.

We had a fantastic 4 nights stay at this apartment, we chose here due to proximity to Phantasialand and for a day trip to Cologne. The apartment was superb for us and our two teens.

We were there from Good Friday to Easter Monday. Everything was perfect and the views are very nice. Very nice hosts. We will definitely come back again. A very successful weekend.

Great place to stay for a weekend get to Koblenz! We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The hostess was super friendly, personally welcomed us and gave us a small introduction – that made the start immediately pleasant. Communication was overall straightforward and pleasant. The apartment is exactly as described: it is clean, well equipped and offers enough space – perfect for four, but also easily doable with six people. The location is great! The train station towards the city center is within walking distance, and the elevator to the gondola lift is right around the corner. Whether you're exploring Koblenz or just looking for a cozy place to stay, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay in the appartment from Birgit. The area around Bad Münstereifel is great for hiking and the small city offers lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Communication with Birgit is very easy, she was proactive and responded very fast.

Perfect apartment for a successful weekend! Very clean, well located and cozy, with a large terrace on the top floor as a bonus. The bed is comfortable, and the host is very friendly and responsive. I would recommend it in a second!
