When you leave the apartment, you look out on the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant quality of living and living. Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Modern apartment in Bachem

Fortunately, our apartment has been spared from the flood disaster. We have spent the last few weeks with numerous helpers to renew the building technology. We are looking forward to welcoming you again. Of course, much has changed in the Ahr valley and there is still much to do, but for example the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature holiday. Note: In addition, the tourist tax (2.00€ p.n./p.p.) is payable.
