On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

Our house with 2 apartments is in a quiet location at the foot of the Rauenstein, directly on the Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe Cycle Path, the ferry landing, the water park and restaurants. Good starting point for hikes, bike rides, as well as visits to castles and castles as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away.

Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
