Die Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Schlossmauer von Schloss Pillnitz bzw. der Mauern des alten Kammergutes. Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.
