During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Bad Wiessee is located on the western shore of Lake Tegernsee and has become one of the top vacation destinations in Bavaria, due to its long hiking trails along the lake and in the nearby mountains. Our family-run apartments fit into the surrounding landscape and are accordingly furnished with many natural woods and old Bavarian charm.

My place is close to city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain views and green meadows. The apartment is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have sufficient time for the measures.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Looking for relaxation? My well-equipped apartment (about 75 m²) is located directly in the first row on Lake Tegernsee and has a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. A vacation in the healing climate at Lake Tegernsee is a fantastic experience in any season! There are very nice hiking trails, excellent star gastronomy, easy bike tours around the lake and the Achensee ski resort is also not far away (40 km).
