Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Vacation in a lovingly and comfortably furnished cottage. The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

Cosy, spacious, unique and stylish - this is what our listed 250 m² large and approx. 270 years old half-timbered house Ickelhaus 1 describes in a few words. Up to 8 adults and max. 4 children can spend quiet and relaxing days in rural surroundings - Steigerwald/Romantisches Franken - here. The days can be filled with communal cooking, working, chilling in front of the fireplaces, relaxing in the garden, cycling, hiking, city tours, wine tasting, wellness etc.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.
