We loved our stay! Such a beach place with an open plan pool, seating area and kitchen. Mimi was so lovely and you can tell she was so intentional with making it feel like a home away from home!

Airbnb review We had an absolutely wonderful 15-night stay at this villa in Ubud. The photos are very true to life – what you see is exactly what you get, and the place is even more charming in person. The pool was a true delight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The villa is about a 5-minute walk from the car drop-off point, but Made and the staff were fantastic – they met us on arrival, collected our luggage, and even gave us a scooter ride straight from our transfer to the villa. A really thoughtful and seamless welcome! The location is excellent, with several great restaurants within easy walking distance. There’s a local laundry service nearby that was incredibly cheap and efficient – next day service every time. Bintang supermarket is about a 15-minute walk away, which was very handy for stocking up on essentials. We chose to hire scooters during our stay, and Made was super helpful in organising that for us. He was always just a message away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay. With ages between 17 and 55 we all loved it. Ubud is about 45 minutes walk away but through beautiful scenery and some drink spots along the way. If you get the chance, have the villa team cook dinner for you, absolutely delicious and very cheap with more than enough food. Kadek is an excellent host and organised everything we asked. We would be more than happy to stay again.

Our stay at this villa in Bali was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with a beautiful blend of modern design and traditional Balinese touches. The pool was the highlight—crystal clear and surrounded by lush greenery, offering a private oasis to relax. The bedrooms were spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds, and the living area was perfect for unwinding. The host went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and thoughtful touches, like daily checkins and daily housekeeping. The location was ideal, close to fantastic restaurants and attractions but still peaceful and secluded. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough and can’t wait to return!

A little piece of heaven on earth Already at the moment you step through the fence, you feel it: tranquility. As if Bali takes a breath and invites you to sink into silence, in space, in being. Maybe it's the trees. Or the flowers. Or the babbling water of the pool in that beautiful color blue. Maybe it's all together. The place is cared for in detail, authentic and spacious. You'll notice everything you've thought about this. The houses feel like home, the garden is a color party and the internet is so good that I could effortlessly give sessions to my people in the Netherlands and to the women who came here on retreat. And then that combination: you have all the privacy and you feel behaved. The people are friendly, present without being noticed, and let you experience exactly the space you need. As if that is not enough, there is also Dapur Deliy: a nice place in enchanting turquoise, with delicious dishes and just such nice people. A place where you don't have to leave.

The villa was perfect, private and extremely clean and comfortable. We were very happy with everything, breakfast every morning was on time and beautifully presented. We did not want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful holiday Highly recommend

Loved our stay! Place was close to local areas in canggu via bike (or car ). Super responsive, friendly and helpful with any questions or anything we needed. There were great extras (floating breakfast, masseuse etc) and wonderful assistance with a driver for longer trips. House was clean and beautiful! For a small group of 4 we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time in this villa. It’s very spacious and beautiful. It’s a little bit away from the centre of Canggu which is great, there are some amazing cafes nearby. The team who welcomed us and cleaned daily were awesome. The only negative is that it backs onto a busy road, so there’s traffic noise throughout the day and night, if you want complete peace and quiet then this is not the place for you! Was a great base for us for a few days.

We had an amazing week at Istana Semer thanks to Adi and the wonderful team who were looking after us during our stay. The villa and garden is so spacious and feels secluded and private. It's the perfect place to host a group of friends or family, allowing everyone to both spend time together with the group or relax on their own on the various day beds, the spacious common room or by the pool. The location was great and close to Seminyak and Canggu with loads of options for restaurants, shops and spas. We had most of our meals at the villa, however, with chef Agus preparing delicious food with a local touch. All bedrooms come with air conditioning which was a life saver and the wifi was strong, allowing us to work remote, either from the dedicated office or at the various desks/tables around the property. I recommend bringing a portable speaker so you can listen to music around the villa. I can't wait for my next visit to Istana Semer!

Wonderful stay, such. a wonderfully designed space. We loved it and we loved Kedungu as well. Little ripper cafe next door is awesome. The design, swimming pool, view and terrace is unmatched. Shower outdoor takes a bit getting used to. Host was great, all in all an amazing stay.

The two bedrooms are spacious and come with super comfortable beds and high-quality linens. And the pool and jacuzzi on the terrace were a major highlight, spent many hours there. But the real USP is the location – easily accessible to all great restaurants, cafés and the beach. Our host Chris was friendly, responsive, and super helpful with his bang on suggestions for our holiday in Bali. We had an amazing stay in this accommodation! The villa was very beautifully presented with an excellent pool for swimming and cooling off. It was very easy to get around from this location. The accommodation team had excellent communication and were always accessible by messenger. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!

This villa is absolutely spotless, and the convenience of having a restaurant that delivers food right to your table is a huge plus. The massage service at the villa was incredibly relaxing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. I’d definitely love to come back again!

I highly recommend letting them pick you up at the airport. It would be hard to find on your own. That being said people who are on site are awesome. They’ll do your laundry clean your place pick you up if you’re drunk it’s like having a best friend staying at the same place you are I would stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Loved Villa Sansil. Exactly as described but even better in real life. Nyoman and the team took such great care of us. The food was fabulous and everything we needed was an easy ask. Nyoman helped us book a boat trip which was a brilliant day out. The dogs are gorgeous and really added to our enjoyment. WiFi was exceptional. Highly recommend and can only say positive things. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing! had the best time with my family in this place. The place is even better in person than in the pictures, Nita and Kedec were always super sweet and helpful. They prepared the most amazing breakfast to us every morning. Ayu was also amazing and so easy to communicate with, she helped me organise a cake, flowers bath and flowers to my mum as we were celebrating her birthday. Honestly this was one of the best vilas experiences I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and honestly can’t wait to stay here again. 🥰🙏🏽🙏🏽

We had an amazing stay at Rick’s villa . The place is absolutely stunning spacious, intimate, and beautifully located right in the heart of Kerobokan. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. A special shoutout to Ibu, the lovely helper at the villa she is truly the heart of the home. At first, I requested more privacy, but I’m honestly so glad I changed my mind. Ibu was incredibly helpful, especially during the local road closures due to a neighborhood ceremony. She made everything so much easier for us and was always kind and thoughtful. The villa itself is huge, and the rooms are just as spacious and comfortable. We also completely fell in love with Molly, the villa’s sweet dog such a lovely bonus to our stay . The kids just enjoy her company Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Bali. We’ll definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Home & staff were amazing! Polite, respectful, helpful, attentive, & accommodating. Big shout out to Putu, the house manager, she’s a rock star! I had one of the best stay here and I have stayed in a couple of properties In Bali. In a nutshell it's 5 star resort on a budget. Host is friendly and the staff is friendly and responsive. 10/10.

First off, the place is in such a sweet little nature spot, perfect for rest and digest. The house has folding doors that can be completely opened up to overlook a small rice paddy valley with the sounds of a babbling creek below. It was so relaxing to sit and read a book or have a cup of coffee while looking out. The bed was super comfy and the house has everything you need, including sharp knives which I always greatly appreciate! :) Internet is fine (for Bali - expect the occasional drop out of course), and Kadek said that the speed can be boosted upon request. Electricity and hot water were no problem. The house is perfect for those who want the quiet life of a farmstay (including cats and dogs), with the comfort of home. And just a short walking distance is a natural hot spring that pipes out of a small cliff, which was great to relax under and watch the fireflies go by. Kadek and Roy were so accommodating, and were always happy to have a nice chat and were like neighbours away from home :) I will definitely be back!
