The "Sunshine Cabin" enjoys ample natural sun year around from its lofty position up in the trees. The large picture window overlooking Big Lake provides a birds eye view (partial view) of both the canopy and lake. This 81’ deep lake has an island and home to many types of fish that's why we brought fishing/recreational kayaks for our guests. The boat launch access is just 1.6 miles from the sunshine cabin. The cabin is secluded on 1.45 acres of trees. The place has 18 stairs to the 2nd floor.

This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch offers stunning views of Kassuba Lake. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. We offer 2 kayaks to use (must transport) cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Weddings and family reunions welcome with prior approval. No ‘parties’.

There is no fence and because this house is on the lake dogs and children must be watched at all times.
