This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. We love the unique charm of this space and place, and many repeat guests do too. We hope you will treasure (and care for it) as we do!

This is the ground level of a multi-unit house. It is wheelchair friendly, with cathedral ceilings, a modern kitchen, and wide plank pine floors. The expansive deck will only enhance you experience overlooking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and owners are responsible for any waste. We want to be courteous with all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Gorgeous brand new 1BR in law unit above the garage in a waterfront property with 1.6 acres big lawn! It is so peaceful just to look outside with the big windows or just grab a drink and have some fresh air on the deck. Watch the wild animal crossing the lawn, maybe you will spot a red fox, ducks and geeks are regular visitors :) Also enjoy the Maine wood trails and bay trails around, this is truly a great place for getaway and enjoy the nature!
