Bright room with balcony at Casa Lolita Guesthouse, in the best area of l'Eixample neighborhood. Just 500m away from Passeig de Gràcia and 900m from Plaza Cataluña. It has A SHARED BATHROOM with two other rooms, Smart TV to watch Netflix, a/c and heating, fiber optic internet, work desk and many more amenities. It has a small balcony overlooking Calle Bruc.
