COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

The double standard rooms ( 12-15 sq. mts. ) are all with a large and comfortable double bed. All these rooms are interior: their large windows look onto a typical Modernist light well of Barcelona’s Eixample district. They are also fully restored and fitted with a private bathroom and large shower, hairdryer, heating, air-conditioning, safe, telephone and free WiFi. At Pratkik Rambla we do not have breakfast service, but instead we give you fresh coffee, tea and croissants every morning.

They have shower and sink in the room but a shared toilet in the hallway. Some have a small balcony overlooking Girona street and others a small terrace over a large interior courtyard. All are very bright. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price.

Very bright and quiet room. It is small but can use common areas such as the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom . This is a fourth floor without an elevator in the downtown area of Gavà, near the Library, the municipal sports center, and the commercial area. 5 km from the UPC Castelldefels. And 5km from the beach. The bus stop is 5 minutes away. The train station is 15 minutes away.
