Villa vacation rentals in Baix Penedès

Réactivité avant et pendant le séjour. Accueil et logement impeccable. Reunion de famille, il a plu le premier jour mais le logement était tellement agréable et bien aménagé que nous avons pu profiter de la douceur d’une journée a l’intérieur . 2 eme journee beau temps et un extérieur de qualité, transats coins soleil et coins ombre barbecue super fonctionnel avec bois à disposition. Literie et linge de maison de tres bonne qualité. Bref rien a dire. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!

Nous adorons cette maison, l’emplacement est calme et on se verrait bien y vivre à l’année Elle est très bien équipée Mais le prix est élevé, la semaine d’avant nous avons séjourné dans une maison à 500m de celle ci au bord de la plage avec la vue magnifique et nous avons payé 3 fois moins cher La piscine ne fait pas tout En tout cas vous y passerez un moment au calme et de détente

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait chez Anne ! Sa maison est superbe, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et surtout hyper bien équipée : tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. Nous avons vraiment profité de chaque moment passé là-bas. Anne a été adorable, très disponible, et nous a partagé de magnifiques adresses qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Un immense merci à elle pour son accueil chaleureux. Si l’occasion se représente, c’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons !

Beautiful villa and amazing surroundings! We had a really nice time and enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Even though there were some minor issues here or there (which is normal) the host was always responsive and did their best to solve them. Thank you 🙏🏼

This review was sad to write because it means I am no longer at this wonderful Villa! I recently stayed at this villa in Sitges with 8 of my friends, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and charm of the house - THE VIEW. The villa was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The common areas were great for hanging out as a group, and the pool was definitely a highlight — we spent so much time lounging and swimming. The location was ideal, maybe a 20-25min walk or drive to the beach and a little further to the center of Sitges, but still in a peaceful neighborhood that offered privacy. We loved being able to explore the town’s restaurants, bars, and beaches and then come back to such a comfortable and luxurious home. Overall, this villa was the perfect spot for our group vacation, and I would highly recommend. We’re already planning to come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Ce qui fait son point fort: la terrasse avec une vue incroyable. La vue est même plus spectaculaire qu’en photos! La décoration a été améliorée depuis l’annonce AirBnB: l’ambiance est encore plus cosy et la maison est extrêmement bien équipée. Tout y est pour se sentir comme à la maison: ustensiles de cuisine, linge de lit et de toilette, appareils électroménagers,… Nous avons passé de fabuleux dîners sur la terrasse, avec vue sur la mer et sur la piscine éclairée qui rendent le moment magique. La piscine était également très propre et super chaude, ce qui a été très agréable avec les fortes chaleurs. Cunit est très bien situé pour se rendre à Barcelone en train, ce qui est beaucoup plus pratique que d’y aller en voiture. Cristina et Albert ont été super réactifs avant notre séjour et très accueillants à l’arrivée. Nous avons reçu de bons conseils restos! Bref un super séjour, trop court, mais qui nous donne envie de revenir!

clean & Comfortable house, with medium sized pool. Pool nice to cool off not big enough to swim in. Great for kids to splash around and enjoy. shade and beach chairs by pool to sunbathe. Bbq and outdoor seating with shaded areas. Everything you need for home from home comforts. washing machine & cooker, all aminetes provided. Right next to lidls so very convenient to get food shopping also a spanish supermarket close by and wine wearhouse. Hosts friendly & gave good advice on local restaurants & places to visit. Beach is a 20 minute walk. Sandy beach with a stream that is great for younger children. Sea is clean & you can walk out quite far. Lifeguards on beach. local restaurants friendly. you can walk to the train station & catch a train to Barcelona. 20 minute walk & hour on train. Area quite & friendly. There is a nightclub up the road but we didn't go in.

zeer mooi en en zeer netjes. genoeg ruimte voor er met meerdere personen te zitten. niet al te ver met de auto van Barcelona centrum.

We had an incredible stay at Cala Teresa! We were celebrating my husband’s 40th birthday. It was a beautiful villa with gorgeous views, incredible property and plenty of things to do at the villa to really disconnect from the outside world while reconnecting with each other. Our stay was unforgettable. Highly recommend and the host was very helpful.

Speechless! Everything was incredible - starting with the communication after booking, the check-in, the experince, the place, surroundings, the love for details and the care Marc takes of this amazing place and its guests. Hands down the best accommodation we’ve ever been to!!! The pictures you see here are amazing, but it all becomes even more magical when you get there and see it in real life. The house has absolutely everything you need for your stay and Marc is just a fabulous host. Thank you for everything, you made our experience truly unforgettable and we cannot wait to come back soon!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande villa! L’endroit est calme, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir de grands groupes. Les hôtes sont adorables et très réactifs. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute. Merci encore !

We had a wonderful time in Francesc 's house. He was really helpful from the start and have recommendations on where to go when we asked. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but there was a restaurant, supermarket and cafe within 50m where we went every morning for a coffee and pastries. There are fans in the bedrooms and A/C in the living room, and super comfy beds! The coast was just 3mins walk away and the nearest sandy beaches around 5 & 10mins away. The water around there was really clear so great for snorkeling. One of the beaches near the marina (20 mins walk-ish?) has a lovely cafe overlooking the bay. You could also hire / do water-sports at the marina. For day trips, Barcelona was 1:30 away and Cambrils just 20 mins. Cambrils had lots of restaurants so we'll with a visit. The garden and facilities were spacious and amazin for the kids. One of my favourite things was how quiet and peaceful the location was. It is lovely. Surrounded by mountains. The cleanliness was one of the best I’ve seen. The pool was clean too. Lots of new clean cooking equipment. The local town Cambrils was classy with mainly locals/spanish around. Salou the following town is very British if you know what I mean 😂 avoid Salou. We also did some trips to Barcelona it’s a quick drive and we’d definitely go back great villa for families. Was getting a little cold for us late August if you like very hot I’d recommend booking earlier in the summer !

Lovely home in a quiet location but within 10mins of the beach. We have a fabulous time.

La casa roja es una masía muy bonita, bien equipada para estar un finde relajado con piscina!

Conny was a friendly host that was always available to help with whatever you needed by phone. He offered lots of recommendations and also offered the transport for the recommendations. For example, he recommended an excellent wine tour which he drove our group of 12 to and from. The view from the villa was amazing and especially nice from the pool area. The location is also not too far from the beaches and main area of Sitges which made walking about Sitges easy. It is up a hill so getting a taxi back is recommended using the Taximes app. Overall would highly recommend Conny and his villa.

The house is a great place for a large group of people to get together, especially if you have kids. Not only are there 5 bedrooms, but each room has it's own private bathroom. The outdoor space is incredibly beautiful and is great for group meals and enjoying the pool. It's a quick 45 min drive from the Barcelona airport, and you can travel into Barcelona by train easily in about the same time. The house is a great value for the money and is quiet. The walk to the beach is easy, but having a car is helpful for trips to visit local sites and groceries etc.

Magnifiques maison et piscine, propres. Contact au top et très reactif. Quelques équipements plus qualitatifs et quelques prestations supplémentaires comprises et ça aurait été parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Nous reviendrons probablement. Je recommande

The Team at Catalunya Casas, we’re kind enough to arrange myself and my colleagues accommodation. The property was flawless, we had a small problem on check in, which was very funny in the end, but they were quick to resolve. The property felt like a home from home and the garage was so convenient, and we loved the location being away from all the madness

We had a fantastic time with my family and dog. Very peaceful and lovely house to spend family time together, especially by the swimming pool and bbq. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

Très bon séjour en famille , quartier très calme et sécurisé, la piscine est vraiment bien , baignade du matin jusqu’à la nuit , Alberto un ami de Diego très accueillant et réactif, lorsque nous avons eu un petit problème avec l’une des salles de bain , il est intervenu très très rapidement, équipements suffisants pour le séjour , literie impeccable , il manque juste une petite couverture car la climatisation fonctionne très bien et dans la nuit il peut faire un peu frais dans les chambres , plus de transat serait idéal pour profiter du jardin autour de la piscine,un mobilier de jardin plus en adéquation avec le nombre de personne et plus récent rendra ce logement parfait ,Diego compte le remplacer et nous comptons bien y retourner pour voir ça , nous étions 9 avec 4 adultes , 2 enfants de 17 ans et 3 enfants entre 4 et 14 ans, proche Salou et port aventura , accès facile à Barcelone en train , très jolie plage à carafell, nous reviendrons

Beau logement confortable wi fi performant et télévision agréable avec Netflix.

Super séjour, maison conforme à la description dommage que nous n’avons pas eu de réponse concernant le portail pour se garer, et concernant la piscine dommage que le nettoyage n’est pas fait deux fois par semaine au lieu d’une fois. Tout est à proximité, quartier très calme nous y reviendrons.
