Very nice place in a beautiful area. At the edge of the forest but also in a village with shops. In the apartment itself is everything you need, the pellet stove is nice, there is a nice bed, the garden is lovely and Aaltje is ready if you still have something to ask. Here you can relax for a weekend!

Pure relaxation!We stayed in Bakkeveen for 4 nights and felt very comfortable in Annet's cottage. The large window front in the living area is a huge win. Even in bad weather, she brings a lot of light into the room and you can also enjoy a rainy day on the couch. The bed was a little narrower than we are used to, but we slept very well in it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and very spacious, great! Great was the option to use bikes. However, due to the rainy weather, they were not used. Overall, we would have liked a little more hospitality (maybe an Easter or welcome, a slightly more detailed communication in advance), but it seems to be becoming more common on Airbnb that the hosts only do the essentials - too bad! However, the cottage can't do anything about it, we would fully recommend it as a holiday home.

Dear John, staying at your special dome house was beautiful. From the uncomplicated entrance to the house, to the reception with classical music, the tasteful and equally practical furnishings and the absolute cleanliness, we - and also our dog Bruno - immediately felt at home in the beautiful room with its beautiful wooden paneling. It was very quiet - nice to unplug and watch rabbits, deer and birds. Bird singing accompanied us almost all day. The nature reserves nearby are worth a trip. We used the bikes provided, which worked great. Bruno also fit wonderfully in one of the attached baskets. John and Machteld courteously provided us with great information about the area and restaurants. John, as a friendly host was on hand when something came up - and otherwise benevolently reserved. All in all, a feel-good vacation - we will be happy to come back!
