On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, with access to the patio and the porch. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower.
