Charmant T2 entièrement rénové, meublé et équipé de neuf. Au 6ème et dernier étage d'un immeuble typique, vous apprécierez la vue sur le petit Bayonne, la Nive et les Pyrénées. Notre appartement est à notre image, convivial et accueillant. Comme nous, vous serez séduit par son emplacement et par son côté atypique : mansardé, lumineux et sous 2 clés. Possibilité de location longue durée, alternant, stagiaire ... = me contacter.

Everything is very well thought out, functional, bright and the room is quiet. Patrick was a considerate, delicate, generous and more than perfect host in his attentions and communication. I even had the pleasure of tasting his absolutely delicious homemade jams, Thank you !!! There is even a food base available, coffee, spice oils etc etc ... very useful when you arrive late or want to cook without having to buy everything. Située dans le jardin de mon habitation, vous accédez par l'extérieur à cette jolie maisonnette indépendante de 19 m2, avec terrasse privative aménagée, ensoleillée et en toute intimité. Une seule pièce, petite mais lumineuse et très cosy, avec lit escamotable (coin cuisine) ,salle d'eau avec douche et wc. Afin de vous accueillir en toute sécurité le logement, draps et linges fournis sont soigneusement nettoyés et désinfectés. Le logement reste inoccupé 24 h avant votre arrivée.
