Ezgi had prepared a very comfortable, clean and historical house for us. Everything was thought out in advance and even though we arrived early, we were handed over the key in a short time. The location is within walking distance of everything in the city center of Izmir, but since the nightlife is very lively, it can be noisy for those who are looking for a quiet stay. It was a very pleasant experience for us to stay in a historical Greek house!

This choice of our trip to Izmir offered a nice experience due to its location. It was very simple to reach the mansion pier by walking and Alsancak area by tram. It is also possible to arrive comfortably from the airport. The house was very convenient for accommodation with its amenities. My visit was exactly how I wanted it to be. I would like to thank Mr. Utku and he helped me with everything without waiting. The inside of the house is beautiful. I recommend that those who will come with their personal car know that they may have trouble with the parking space.

Beautiful and peaceful. The areas are very good, particularly the living room and the veranda. The big bed’s mattress is very confortable. The small bed’s mattress isn’t confortable though and the apartment smells of naphtaline from the bathroom. The elevator nearby is a life savour as this location is very hilly. The elevator is free and I never saw it not working at all hours. The location is outside the main city center, but is very well connected by tram. Konak’s ferry station is THE place to get the city transportation card. Plenty of cats nearby and nice restaurants, cafes and minimarkets.

I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in last week. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent; every corner and room was tidy and hygienic. Especially the cleaning staff was very attentive and friendly. My room was really interesting; it was full of antique items, each piece was carefully selected. I loved this old style atmosphere, it was quite comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely like to stay again. ”

We had a lovely stay: the apartment is in a great location, everything is easily accessible. Above all, the view from the terrace is fabulous and the large terrace is sunny from morning to night. The bathroom is small and the kitchen equipment is rudimentary but you feel really good in this apartment!!

When we entered the house, we were greeted by a perfectly clean place. It was quite comfortable and just like in the photos. The host guided us through most of the issues and was able to take quick action when a problem occurred. It was definitely a place I would prefer when I came to Izmir again.

The location was close to the downtown area of Izmir, which was very easy to sightsee. The room was clean, fully equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience during my stay. The host, Doa, was also very kind and answered questions within 10 minutes, and I was able to stay without any problems.

Good central location with lots of various places to eat and shop, adequate amenities, clean bathroom and it was a good choice to stay for a business trip in the most corporate region of Izmir.
