All the needs were considered in the house, it was clean and tidy. This neighborhood was as pictured. Mr. Veysel was extremely kind and caring and provided enough information about the neighborhood. It was located in the center of Alsancak. I was very satisfied with this stay.

My visit was exactly how I wanted it to be. I would like to thank Mr. Utku and he helped me with everything without waiting. The inside of the house is beautiful. I recommend that those who will come with their personal car know that they may have trouble with the parking space.

The location of this house was absolutely perfect, with everything we needed just a short distance away. The host was incredible—friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The house itself was beautifully decorated, and I instantly felt at home. However, we experienced a significant power outage that affected the entire block, which was due to the power company and not the host. With a toddler, this made things very challenging, especially during one of the hottest times of the year. Despite how much I loved the place, this issue couldn’t be resolved quickly, and I had to leave earlier than planned. It was heartbreaking to cut our stay short, as I truly felt a deep connection to this home. I’d definitely stay here again if the power issue is resolved. It’s a truly amazing place.

Don't hesitate, you won't regret booking here.First of all, the house is newly renovated, better than the photos, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the bath water pressure temperature is perfect.The hostess keeps the house heater at 25 degrees, so it's warm and cozy to come back at night.The host couple are warm and welcoming, and will warmly invite you to have tea and coffee whenever you meet them, where we feel as warm as home.The location is also extremely convenient, with access to the city centre, everything was so perfect.

Ms. Nuray's house was a really sweet escape in the vicinity. For Airbnb accommodation, it can be preferred without missing a small terrace, beautifully designed living room and kitchen for a few days' trips. Also Ms. Nuray is a really caring host about the needs, thank you for everything:)

Surprisingly quiet place in the heart of Alsancak! Everything you need is within 5 min walk including the train station!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

The communication of Ms. Serap, who we were in contact with, was very naive and fast. Mr. Bahadır's preferred again because we were satisfied with the other airbnb house where we received a stay. There were enough items for the number of people. The electric fan used on the outside of the air conditioning was more effective than expected.
