Very clean and spacious place. Good fast internet connection. Downhill walk to public transportation, uphill on the way back. We used the tram (10-15 min walk) to get to all the different places we needed to. Mustafa is a great host and very helpful!

Thank you Mr. Mustafa for everything. She was quick to respond and did her best when we had any issues. The house had everything we needed to be peaceful. I always have concerns about cleanliness, but when I entered the house, these concerns disappeared. Basic essentials such as dish sponge, detergent, soap, toilet paper, shampoo were available in the house.

The house is perfect for those looking for a peaceful holiday experience. It has a very large and spacious balcony and gardens. Overall the house cleaning was good. The only problem in the house is that the items are starting to get old. Overall a renovation is needed. Other than that, we were satisfied with everything.

The location of this house was absolutely perfect, with everything we needed just a short distance away. The host was incredible—friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The house itself was beautifully decorated, and I instantly felt at home. However, we experienced a significant power outage that affected the entire block, which was due to the power company and not the host. With a toddler, this made things very challenging, especially during one of the hottest times of the year. Despite how much I loved the place, this issue couldn’t be resolved quickly, and I had to leave earlier than planned. It was heartbreaking to cut our stay short, as I truly felt a deep connection to this home. I’d definitely stay here again if the power issue is resolved. It’s a truly amazing place.

İf someone is looking for short time and budget friendly stay in İzmir, İ recommend this place. Bus passes nearby from location that takes you towards city center. The house owner Ercan is quite helping and very nice person. İ didn’t face any kind of issue there. Everything was same as mentioned in the description. The house was clean and quiet. The only thing that got misunderstood between us was that İ was expecting cooking facilities there to cook something. Overall, it was a good experience. İ recommend.
