Vacation rentals in Balçova

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

First of all, the house really felt like home. The location was close to everything and easy to get to. Although I was the only one, every area of the house was useful. Everything was exactly the same as the pictures. I was really satisfied with this place from Izmir, where I went for a visit to work and friends. In addition, since I work on remote, I would like to thank Mr. Deniz for providing accurate information about the internet use and work area I specifically mentioned. Thank you so much Ms. Şebnem, who also helped me with the entrance to the house. You can choose with peace of mind and confidence.

me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The neighborhood and the environment are very nice for the couples:) he offers my thanks to Mr. Osman for his help, we are patient to prefer him in the next stay...

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION The host makes your check in super easy by taking care of you personally, the apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need, you have many restaurants and places to explore the neighborhood is safe and the people very friendly with tourists, highly recommended.

Fantastic Stay in the one of main Izmir areas! Our stay at this place exceeded all expectations. The location was absolutely perfect — just steps away from the sea, with a breathtaking view that made every morning feel special. Accessibility was top-notch. Right outside the building, there was a lively street full of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets open until late, which made everything incredibly convenient and the host was responsive and helpfull If you're looking for a place that offers both the calm beauty of the sea and the vibrant energy of Izmir city life, this is the perfect spot.

It was a lovely experience to stay at Olena’s place. It’s cosy, stylish flat and feels like home, consisting of all amenities which you would usually have at your own home.
