Monthly Rentals in Balian Beach

I chose this place as an arrival point to adapt to the time change and rest before traveling. I was coming here with some heart ache and nerves. I booked it for 5 days and honestly just want to live here. It is so far beyond beautiful. Komang is above and beyond communicative and responds usually within minutes of any message. We had an unusual wind storm here and lost electricity for a day and she brought a hot spot immediately, checked on me and had candles delivered before dark. Every woman who she hired for me from my morning cook Putu, to my driver Widya, to the sweet lady who sweeps the leaves and tend to the garden, all were so gentle, kind and inviting. The masseuse is lovely. It is incredibly private, and yet, if you are looking for full on solitude alone in a jungle, I will day the River house is right next door. Not visible but audible if you wanted to be loudly expressive. But I hardly heard or saw any guests. I moved next door to the house for a week. I highly recommend!

Amazing. Just Amazing

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

My friend and I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect for what we wanted. Good A/C, a private pool and so many spaces to spend time enjoying. We felt very comfortable. Books, drinking water, a fridge and plenty of kitchen utensils etc. made the stay so convenient. There is a massage service and even local food delivery if you’re that way inclined. Please read the description though 😊😊 we loved the indoor/outdoor flow and we were happy to meet the little tree frogs, geckos, bats and other insects that come to say hello. They’re not absolutely everywhere but they show up occasionally so that’s worth keeping in mind for other guests who are not used to these little visitors. Made and his partner were very accommodating and helpful. I’d happily stay again any time. Thanks again for an amazing stay 🙏
