Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ballston Spa

Very friendly and hospitable host who left out snacks and anything we might have forgotten. Felt at home and place had everything we needed. I had difficulty finding driveway because it was dusk but I saw a sign during the day. The unit is attached to another house which I didn’t realize in advance and went into wrong driveway.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming, historic townhouse. A warm and inviting atmosphere for our family to relax and spend quality time together in the evenings. Location was ideal,-walking distance to a variety of fun restaurants, and parking was convenient when we did need to leave the area. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back again!!

Perfect for a little getaway. Deb was so nice and inviting, great host 👍. She was warm and friendly and was very attentive. They even gave a discount for guests at their business “ The Barn” . This was a solo trip and so it was just me and my puppy. The best part of the stay was the location to the area. You are mins away from the river as well as the town of Corinth. Then it’s just a quick drive to Lake Luzerne, Hadley, Sacandaga and Lake George. The apt was part of “The Barn” which is local spot for food and ice cream. It was great to be able to walk outside and get some food and ice cream especially in the evening. They also have guests a discount on anything you ordered which was very nice. The area is beautiful and there are lots of places that you can just relax and disconnect from the world a bit. The town had everything I needed including a supermarket literally across the street, Stewart’s and other small local spots within walking distance. Deb recommended Amores for dinner since I was craving pizza and it was great!! The pizza was excellent and I’m a total pizza snob lol. The decor was a little dated, but very homey and had a bit of an “Adirondack” feel to it. They also gave me a little bottle of maple syrup which was a really nice touch. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

Such a cute & spotless apartment, so close to where we were going for a concert. Absolutely would stay again. :)

It was located among the quiet neighborhood. Parking was preserved, the host’a office on the ground floor enhanced the security.

Gordon is extremely conscientious and was very available without being intrusive. Property had a lovely private back deck to sit and read! Also a visit from a bunny from time to time added to the serenity of my visit! Easy walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is the best you will ever find! Also a 5 minute walk to a farmers market that is one of the best I have visited! I strongly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Another nice festure is its just a 20 minute walk to the racetrack! Save $50 on parking! The walk is through lovely neighborhoods of historical houses! Very beautiful and nostalgic! Definitely worth the walk! I hope to stay there many more times!

My family and i had a phenomenal stay at this home. A very peaceful neighborhood, comfortable beds and pillows, very nice appliances in the kitchen as well. Considerably better than hotel living for sure, will absolutely book again when we visit New York next!

Brianna is a wonderful host, very friendly, always available and ready to help in anything we may need. The house is like a Dream House. Lovely living room with a fireplace, TV and a big and comfy sofa. Every room in the house was excellently decorated with a high test and good sense of space making you feel warm and welcome, like your own home. The surroundings are so beautiful that you even have a river running in the backyard. Like fairytale stories. The most amazing thing is the Kitchen fully equipped with seasonings, coffee, tea and beautiful crockery and pot sets. Everything you may need for a memorable vacation is here! We loved this place and definitely we're going to come back. Thank you very much Brianna, you're amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying and we loved it even more the second time. Christina was lovely to book with and the unit we were put in had recently been renovated so it was in great shape. You really can't beat this place for a winter family vacation. The space was clean and well appointed. I'm very finicky when it comes to hotel cleanliness, there were a few notes I'd give on the space but overall I was very happy with the space and our overall stay. The staff at Wyndham were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return again!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

A friend and I stayed for the weekend and it was perfect! The location is walkable, with restaurants in walking distance. The condo was comfortable, super comfy and homey. David provides all amenities and is super helpful. He provides some of his own recommendations and is super responsive. We definitely would love to stay again.
