This cottage is on an 8 acre parcel that you’re welcome to experience. The owners may be on the other side of the property tending to the horses.

The studio is located near the Charleston Marina, behind the boat yards, on Joe Ney estuary inlet. All the comforts of home w/ lots to do rain or shine! Dogs are allowed with $50 pet fee.

Bandon Guesthouse

Warmer, less windy side of Bandon with Country Setting but only 3 minute drive to Old Town. Family friendly Guest Cottage. You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends. This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time. Our “Victorian Skoolie” and Rpod also available at an additional charge of $50 per night per space and sleeps 2 each.

This unique coastal suite has a style all its own. Overlooks the botanical garden. Brand new renovations, complete overhaul. One bedroom separate/private space with bathroom, kitchen, living room, large windows. Fresh, clean, and cozy! Please see House Manual and House Rules prior to booking. The space has a shared back yard and laundry is available *on request* with priority given to cleaners and residents.

ADORABLE, AFFORDABLE FAMILY (PETS, TOO) HOME!

This is an adorable family and dog-friendly cottage just one block from the beach. There is a huge fenced yard for children and dogs. The great clothes line could easily be turned into a "house" if you bring some old sheets for those creative kids!
