Petite Suite Near Bay Street

At this peaceful and centrally-located suite tucked behind a 1930’s home up a little hill, you will be close to everything important. Walk 1/5 of a mile to Old Town, where you may visit The Port of Siuslaw, many well known restaurants, art galleries and shops. Hwy 101 is a couple blocks away where our famous Pono Hukilau Restaurant is located. Walk a wee bit further to Exploding Whale Park and enjoy sitting on the river’s beach for a picnic or take a short drive to Heceta Beach for the day.

A Little Slice of Heaven with Lots of Comfort

Nestled off Hwy 101 back in a nice wooded residential area. Peaceful and quiet on a gravel road (2nd lot from where the gravel starts) with beautiful view of Sutton Lake as you approach the property. Front yard nicely secluded usable area. Back area looks like a rain forest with very large trees; sometimes you might see a deer pass through, not a usable area but beautiful to look at from the wrap around deck surrounding this cozy mobile home with nearly 1,000 sq ft of living space.

Pets Welcome and no extra fee, Free EV Charging. Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
